Kelloggs The Worlds Leading Breakfast Food Manufacturing Business Marketing Essay
Kelloggs The Worlds Leading Breakfast Food Manufacturing Business Marketing Essay Introduction Kelloggs company formed in 1906 became worlds leading breakfast food manufacturing business. Well known for its brand of cereals, Kelloggs had thirty per cent (30 %) share of the breakfast food market in the world. Kelloggs has its main market in United States, Canada and Australia. Fruit Loops, Frosted Mini-Wheat, Corn Flakes and Corn Pops are the most popular products by Kelloggs (Kelloggs, 2011). Marketing strategy can be defined as the plan of actions targeted to a certain group of people for whom the products are made, to make an image of the products in the minds of these people. Usually big companies spend a lot of funds on their marketing research in order to come up with ideas of formulating a marketing plan (Grant, 2010). Kelloggs follow its marketing strategies in a vey clear way. It has targeted its customers and tries to retain the share it has in the market currently. Kelloggs company has its mission and vision very clearly stated which it follows in its marketing plan as well (Boyer and Hult, 2005). Kelloggs Competition The market for the breakfast food has a oligopolistic nature and therefore there are few number of companies and all enjoy a big chunk of market share. These companies include Kelloggs, General Mills, Quaker Oats and Post. Due to nature of the market, there is a very less price wars among the companies. Among these companies only Kelloggs is the one who deals in only cereals, other companies have diversified in other types of food as well. Therefore Kelloggs made its focus on just the cereals and gained its revenues out it. Kelloggs SWOT Analysis Strengths One of the biggest strengths of Kelloggs is that it has existed in the market for over hundred years because of which people recognize its name and it carries a very strong brand recall as well as high brand awareness. Maximum share occupation in the market of approximately 42% globally which is almost thrice of its competitors. A very large range of well managed products. An image in the market of healthy and nutritious food products Kelloggs has an image of good corporate social organization, because of its recent campaign of share your meal with Kelloggs it has gained a good perception in consumers mind. This campaign was about sharing the breakfast pictures with the company and the company will save money on photography with which it will give charity to poor for breakfast (Rave Reviews, 2011). Weaknesses There are low barriers to entry in the market The products produced by Kelloggs need extensions or upgrading because of the facts that they have not launched any new product in last four years due to which all of the products are in their maturity phase, soon to enter into declining phase. Soon the costs of production is expected to go high due to the increase in the utility rates because of which the prices will have to be increase, jeopardizing the market share. Due to lack of diversification, it is expected that Kelloggs might loose its market the same way its share is getting low in US market. Opportunities Kelloggs can extend and diversify its range of products by launching new flavours or changing the packaging style etc. Kelloggs has the potential to capture the new markets as well which are still left un exploited. Kelloggs has a chance to take over the small companies dealing in breakfast food stuff which will benefit Kelloggs by increasing its production capacity. Threats Because of low barriers new entrants are entering posing competitive threat to Kelloggs. Increase in the utilities which in turn are increasing the production cost for Kelloggs. The price wars between the market giants and the Kelloggs. Cheaper technology giving ease to new entrants to enter into the market. Kelloggs Competitive Edge Kelloggs has its competitive edge in the market because of its experience of years, it has been in the market since 1906 which makes it more than hundred years in the industry because of which it has strongest brand identity among all breakfast food sector. Researches prove that people when asked about a company which comes in their mind on listening the word cereal, they replied with Kelloggs. This has helped Kelloggs to gather a huge number of loyal customers who might prove to be an asset even if the prices goes up, they will remain customers of Kelloggs (Kelloggs Company, 2010). Kelloggs has another competitive edge which it utilizes in its operations; it is strategic planning of business. Kelloggs top management as well as the lower staff is well integrated through the strategic planning and get well coordinated in their actions because of it which results in effective and efficient operational outcomes. This not only helps the management to take correct decisions at exact time but also helps them to maintain the relations with their customers effectively (Kelloggs, 2011). Another competitive advantage that Kelloggs enjoys is that the market for breakfast food follows Oligopoly concept of economics, there are few players in the market amongst whom Kelloggs has the top position with the highest market share both company wise and the product wise. Kelloggs Targeting and Positioning Targeting deals with the selection of a certain segments of population and then choosing one or two out of them to cater to the needs of people belonging to those segments (Applbaum, 2004). Kelloggs has its target segments into different categories the major two are discussed below. Kids Kelloggs has targeted its few products for Kids giving an impression of healthy food before starting the day and leaving for school. The age range to which Kelloggs cater to in Kids category is between 4 years to 10 years (Brand Republic, 2002). Health Conscious People Kelloggs has always maintained an image of healthy and nutritious food manufacturers in the market and therefore its target market also incorporates people who are health conscious and want to maintain their weight and shape. To ensure that such image is maintained in the market, Kelloggs started showing its ingredients and nutritional values on their products packaging. Kelloggs Positioning Strategy Kelloggs has positioned itself differently in different countries throughout the world. In the places where Kelloggs has a strong market share or has been operating for a long time has positioned itself an expensive healthy food, such strategy is followed in places like United States and United Kingdom. In places like India or Taiwan, where Kelloggs is a new brand and is in the stage of attracting customers, it has launched itself on relatively lower prices but has maintained the quality of product at the same par (New York Times, 1994). Kelloggs Marketing Strategy Kelloggs is following currently many marketing and promotional strategies, some of these promotional strategies are discussed below Free in the Box Kelloggs Free in the box offer includes coupons of $3 to $5 attached on the marked boxes of products. Internet Kelloggs has many internet campaigns currently which includes a game of racing cars introduced for kids in which there is the life line of Kelloggs and picking up Kelloggs boxes increases the points of the player. Another internet based promotional technique is that on playing games and collecting points, winner gets gift hampers from Kelloggs including Kelloggs products to attract the kids towards itself. Movie Tickets Another offer valid in Kelloggs products is just to fill the form available at the back of the products, mail it to the given P.O Box no and receive free movie tickets. Kelloggs has the largest share in the market, but because of the low barriers to enter, Kelloggs might face some troubles retaining such share so Kelloggs is left with the option of focussing on the fourth (4th) P of Marketing Mix. Recommendations There is always a room for improvement and recommendations in the operations of a business, therefore some of the recommendations which Kelloggs can follow and which might bring some good change in their efficiency and results are discussed below. Kelloggs cost has been increasing due to increase in utility rates; to cut down its cost it can shift its production plant to country with low labour cost like china. Kelloggs has potential to capture new markets which are un-exploited still by other competitors as well. This will help it to increase its market share as well share in the capital. Kelloggs has been able to retain its loyal customers because of its efficient strategic planning but Kelloggs should plan its marketing plan in such a way that their loyal customers should suggest the brand to others too, this needs some research in the marketing department. Kelloggs has been there in the market for over hundred years but still it should start a campaign of word of mouth through some tactical marketing move, as it is proven by researches that word of mouth increases sales. Kelloggs products have reached their maturity level and needs some kind of upgrading and changes, the market still is high and demands for cereals and ready to eat food stuff therefore Kelloggs can take advantage of the fact and just by changing the packaging or adding new flavours it can increase its market share and shift its products graph towards developing stage again. Because of low barriers to enter, new entrants are entering and posing competition to Kelloggs. Kelloggs should take over the few small companies dealing in the same market. As Kelloggs targets towards children through its products, it should organize such events where the characters endorsing the Kelloggs products in advertisements can play and conduct some fun activities amongst children and their mothers. Kelloggs should target schools as well, through in-school marketing, children adapt more and put a pressure on their parents to use the same product they have seen other friends using at the school. Kelloggs no matter has been the market leader for quite a time but still to maintain the same position it should come up with new products with new creative and innovative ideas. In some of the countries where culture plays an important role, Kelloggs should target through cultural events and occasions. At the time of religious festivities, there should be some new schemes and campaigns like at the time of Christmas for Christians, Eid for Muslims and Easters and Divali for Hindus. Kelloggs has indirect competition too so to overcome that; it should market itself in such a way as to prevent its customers from shifting to substitutes like indirect competitors. Kelloggs should introduce toys and stationary for kids with the brand identity of the rabbit and bear characters it shows in the advertisements. This will increase the brand awareness and the kids will get emotionally attached to the characters in shape of their toys and would pressurise their parents to make purchase of the same item. Kelloggs should once a year launch a cartoon movie including all he characters of its products showing them healthy and in positive light using Kelloggs products. Such advertising techniques have always been successful in the past. Kelloggs spend a big amount on its marketing and advertising, it should use the celebrity endorsements as well because people tend to copy the celebrities more rather than the athletes that Kelloggs have been showing in its advertisements. Internet marketing through social networking has taken a surge suddenly, Kelloggs should outsource such promotional activities and should work on it in order to attract people using these mediums. Conclusion Kelloggs has been in the market for more than hundred years. It is very difficult for any other company to take the position of Kelloggs in the market and therefore Kelloggs enjoys its position but yet it deals and takes care of all the issues that might jeopardise the position it holds in the market. Managing the operations in a strategic way and planning the marketing tactics in such a way that it maintains the market share and retains its loyal customers by providing them the best and healthy food, coming up to the expectations of the customers.

Luck, Moral Guilt and Legal Guilt Essay -- Philosophy essays
Luck, Moral Guilt and Legal Guilt à à à The question of whether luck should play a role in our assessment of other people is fundamental to human society. Our judicial laws express the view that we are responsible for our actions-in other words, luck does have a bearing on the determination of legal guilt; since legal guilt is theoretically based on moral guilt, this means that luck is usually considered to have a bearing on moral guilt as well. However, there are serious difficulties with this system of judgment. Indeed, I believe that it is neither advantageous nor even logically plausible to accede to either side of this debate: simply admitting to one extreme (e.g., that luck should never be considered when assessing others, or vice versa) automatically creates a multitude of problems. If we do consider luck when assessing someone's moral character, we open ourselves to the very real possibility of punishing two people unequally for the same exact action or intention, which is incompatible with our notion of j ustice. Yet if we decide that luck should not be a factor, we are in effect embracing the notion that we are not responsible for our actions, and in such a case, punishment would be futile; without legal guilt and punishment, however, society would be chaotic, which again assaults our notion of justice. We shall see that this issue is closely tied in with the more general idea of free will vs. determinism, which itself is a fundamentally disturbing problem. As long as the free will debate remains inconclusive-as most people feel it is-so too will the debate over moral luck remain unresolved. à In order to examine this issue, it is beneficial to start with a specific example: consider a person who happens to ... ... leads to chaos. Yet factoring in luck fails to punish those who are immoral but have good luck, while punishing only those who have bad luck. I maintain that a satisfactory answer to this question is impossible because, as I stated earlier, the issue of moral guilt in relation to luck is based heavily upon the idea of free will versus determinism, a problem which is fundamentally troublesome. With no clear way to decide the issue of free will vs. determinism, it is equally unclear how we should decide the issue of moral guilt. Should luck play a part in the assessment of a person's character? As I asserted at the start of this discussion, I believe that such a determination is logically implausible. à WORKS CITED Nagel, Thomas. "Moral Luck." Reason and Responsibility, 9th edition. A Book Review on “The Wisdom of Confucius”
â⬠When you see a good man, try to emulate his example, and when you see a bad man, search yourself for his faults. â⬠That quote is one of the many morals stated by the ancient Chinese philosopher, Confucius, which we still live by today. The Wisdom of Confucius, edited and translated by Lin Yutang, takes the best things said and said about Confucius and put them into one three hundred page book. It follows his life, from his lowly birth in the small town of Tsou, to his death as one of the worldâ⬠s greatest philosophers. The book also shows his ideas and beliefs on such subjects as education, politics, and music, subjects still evident in modern day society. The book is mainly comprised of sections and chapters taken from ancient Chinese literature and translated into English by Yutang. He has also added his own commentary and a very lengthy introduction. Some of the books that Yutang used were: The Analects, written by one of Confuciusâ⬠disciples Mencius, Spring and Autumn, written by Confucius himself, and The Book of Songs, which includes over three hundred Chinese songs and anthems edited by Confucius. Confucius was born in the small town of Tsou, Lu in 551 BC. His real name was Châ⬠iu Kâ⬠ung. Châ⬠iu literally meant ââ¬Å"hillâ⬠, and he was named this because he was born with a large bump on his head. The name Confucius means ââ¬Å"Kâ⬠ung the master. â⬠When he was a young boy, Confuciusâ⬠father and mother died and were buried together at Fangshan, a town in eastern Lu. While he was still grieving a corrupt official told Confucius that the baron of his city was giving a banquet for all of the scholars and he as not invited. This upset Confucius greatly so he left Lu. On his deathbed , the baron of Lu, Li Meng, told his son, Yi Meng, that Confucius was the descendant of a great nobleman. He also told him that Confucius would grow up to be a great philosopher, and Confucius returned to his home country of Lu, and more and more disciples came to study under him. He never stayed in the same spot for a long time. He would travel from place to place in China for long periods of time. The books calls these times as ââ¬Å"periods of wanderings. It was during these periods of wanderings that the books were written that recorded his sayings and teachings to his disciples. These books are what has made him one of the most famous philosophers. The book does not go into any detail about where he went or what he was doing during the periods of wanderings. It only talks about what was going on in China at that period of time. The rest of the book has Confucius opinions and sayings on certain subjects. It is mostly ââ¬Å"Confucius said this, and Confucius said that. There were a lot of interesting uotes in this part of the book, but it was extremely hard to read without falling asleep. On the subject of education, Confucius said ââ¬Å"Forever occupy your thoughts with education. â⬠He is telling the reader that you should always think about learning something new. You should be open to learning something from anyone you meet, no matter how old or smart you think you are. He also said ââ¬Å"Teaching is half learning. â⬠This means that the person who is teaching is also learning from their students. When asked the question ââ¬Å"What do you think of repaying evil with kindness? Confucius replied ââ¬Å"Then what are you going to repay kindness with? Repay kindness with kindness, but repay evil with justice. â⬠Confuciusâ⬠main teaching subject was gentlemen like conduct. He believed the best way to live you life was being kind . I thought this book was very hard to read. The beginning was alright when it was talking about his life, but when it got to his quotes it got tiring to read the same thing over and over. It would be a good book to read if you wanted to find a quote to make yourself sound cool in conversation or to do a report on philosophy.

About Arata Isozaki, Architect of Japanese New Wave
About Arata Isozaki, Architect of Japanese New Wave Arata Isozaki (born July 23, 1931 in Oita, Kyushu, Japan) hasà been called emperor of Japanese architecture and an engineer of controversy.à Some say he is Japans guerrilla architect for defying conventions, challenging the status quo, and refusing to establish a brand or architectural look. Japanese architect Arata Isozaki is known for using bold, exaggerated forms and inventive detailing. Born and educated in Japan, Arata Isozaki often integrates Eastern ideas into his designs. For example, in 1990 Isozaki wanted to express a yin-yang theory of positive and negative space when he designed the Team Disney Building in Orlando, Florida. Also, because the offices were to be used by time-conscious executives, he wanted the architecture to make a statement about time. Serving as offices for the Walt Disney Corporation, the Team Disney Building is a startling postmodern landmark on the otherwise barren stretch of Floridas Route I-4. The oddly looped gateway suggests gigantic Mickey Mouse ears. At the buildings core, a 120-foot sphere forms the worlds largest sundial. Inside the sphere is a serene Japanese rock garden. Isozakis Team Disney design won a prestigious National Honor Award from the AIA in 1992. In 1986, Isozaki was awarded the prestigious Royal Gold Medal from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Education and Professional Accomplishments Arata Isozaki studied at the University of Tokyo, graduating in 1954 from the Department of Architecture in the Faculty of Engineering. In 1946, noted Japanese architect Kenzo Tange (1913ââ¬â2005) had organized what became known as the Tange Laboratory at the University. When Tange received the 1987 Pritzker Prize, the jury citation acknowledged Tange to be an inspiring teacher and noted that Arata Isozaki was one of the well-known architects who studied with him. Isozaki honed his own ideas about Postmodernism with Tange. After school, Isozaki continued an apprenticeship with Tange for nine years before establishing his own firm in 1963, Arata Isozaki Associates. Isozakis first commissions were public buildings for his hometown. The Oita Medical Center (1960), the 1966 Oita Prefectural Library (now an art plaza), and the Fukuoka Sogo Bank, Oita Branch (1967) were experiments in concrete cubes and Metabolist concepts. The Gunma Museum of Modern Art (1974) in Takasaki City was a more high-profile and refined example of his previous work- stacked concrete cubes- and the beginning of his museum architecture commissions. His first US commission was in Los Angeles, California, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in 1986, which led Isozaki to become one of Walt Disneys architects. His design for the Team Disney Building in Orlando, Florida (1990) put him on Americas Postmodernist map. Arata Isozaki is known for using bold, exaggerated forms and inventive detailing. The Art Tower Mito (ATM) in Ibaraki, Japan (1990) bears this out. An otherwise subdued, low-level arts complex has at its center a shiny, metallic array of triangles and tetrahedrons rising over 300 feet as an observation deck to the cultural buildings and the Japanese landscape. Other notable buildings designed by Arata Isozaki Associates include the Sports Hall, Olympic Stadium in Barcelona, Spain (1992); Kyoto Concert Hall in Japan (1995); Domus Museum of Mankind in La Coruà ±a, Spain (1995); the Nara Convention Center (Nara Centennial Hall), Nara, Japan (1999); and the Weill Cornell Medical College, Qatar (2003). In Chinas 21st century building boom, Isozaki has designed the Shenzhen Cultural Center (2005), the Hezheng Museum of Natural History (2008), and with Yasushisa Toyota hes finished Shanghai Symphony Hall (2014). Well into his 80s, Arata Isozaki took on the CityLife Project in Milan, Italy. Along with Italian architect Andrea Maffei, Isozaki completed the Allianz Tower in 2015. With 50 floors above the ground, the Allianz is one of the tallest structures in all of Italy. The modern skyscraper is stabilized by four buttresses. It was possible to use more traditional techniques, Maffei told designboom.com, but we preferred to emphasize the mechanics of the skyscraper, leaving them exposed and emphasizing them with a gold color. New Wave Styles Many critics have identified Arata Isozaki with the movement known as Metabolism. More often, Isozaki is seen as the catalyst behind the imaginative, Japanese New Wave architecture. Beautifully detailed and composed, often conceptually powerful, the buildings typical of this avant-garde group are strongly single-minded, writes Joseph Giovannini in The New York Times. The critic goes on to describe the design of MOCA: Pyramids of various sizes serve as skylights; a half-cylinder barrel roof covers the library; the main forms are cubic. The galleries themselves have a visual stillness about them that is particularly Japanese....Not since the French architectural visionaries of the 18th century has an architect used solid geometric volumes with such clarity and purity, and never with his sense of playfulness. - Joseph Giovannini, 1986 Learn More Arata Isozaki by Arata Isozaki and Ken Tadashi Oshima, Phaidon, 2009Japan-ness in Architecture, essays by Arata Isozaki, MIT Press, 2006The Museum of Modern Art, Gunma by Arata Isozaki, Phaidon, 1996New Wave Japanese Architecture by Kisho Kurokawa, Wiley, 1993 Sources: Metropolitan Museum of Art; Modern Architecture by Kenneth Frampton, 3rd ed., TH 1992, pp. 283-284; Arata Isozaki: From Japan, A New Wave of International Architects by Joseph Giovannini, The New York Times, August 17, 1986 [accessed June 17, 2015]; Interview with Andrea Maffei on the Realization of Milans Allianz Tower by philip stevens, designboom, November 3, 2015 [accessed July 12, 2017] [IMAGE CREDIT]

Monogamy as an acceptable system of marriage in America
Monogamy as an acceptable system of marriage in America The choice between polygamy and monogamy family patterns requires considering the psychological, sociological, and spiritual aspects of marriage. The definition of family as a spiritual union of two partners is a weighty argument for justifying monogamy as the only acceptable practice of marriage in the United States.Advertising We will write a custom essay sample on Monogamy as an acceptable system of marriage in America specifically for you for only $16.05 $11/page Learn More The forms of families differ significantly throughout the world and the choice of the appropriate pattern depends upon the religious, philosophical and cultural background of a particular community. Monogamy as the marriage between two partners is recognized as the only legal form of marriage in the United States (Mooney, Knox and Schacht 161). At the same time, there are some situations in which the cultural background of an individual contradicts the current legislation of the count ry in which he/she lives. For example, immigrants who come from the countries in which the polygamy is accepted, as a rule, do not give up their accustomed lifestyles but have to hide it from the community. According to the current legislation of the United States, polygamy can become the ground for deportation. The question is whether the state should make an exception for those who have polygamy families because of their ethnic origin and the system of their beliefs. However, it would mean that people who can justify their persuasions with their system of beliefs would have the right for violating the law because along with the ethnic origin and cultural background the polygamy is rooted in the system of beliefs. The assertions of Augustine, an influential philosopher and theologian, concerning the family as a spiritual union of two people have not lost their actuality nowadays and might be taken into account for solving the moral dilemma of the acceptable family patterns. Analyzi ng the marriage of Adam and Eve before the Fall as a purely spiritual relationship, Augustine tried to define the concept of sin with regards to family and procreation (Reynolds 241). Augustine shifted the emphasis from procreation as the primary and natural motivation for marriage towards satisfying the spiritual needs of the spouses. Considering the customs and the cultural background of the American community, the marriage traditions are rooted in the Christian doctrines which depreciate polygamy as an example of lust. Still, even the interpretation of the Bible Holy Scripture concerning polygamy and monogamy is not unanimous and the examples of patriarchs who lived with several wives and had children with their lovers gave rise to the prolonged debates. Explaining this controversy between the Bible teachings and the personal example of patriarchs, Augustine pointed at procreation as the only their motivation for marrying several women. ââ¬Å"He [Jacob] used the women not for se nsual gratification, but for the procreation of childrenâ⬠(Braun 247).Advertising Looking for essay on rhetoric? The goal of procreation was obsolete even in Augustineââ¬â¢s times, not to mention the American society of the third millennium. The moral desirability of preserving the monogamy as the only acceptable pattern of creating a new family can be justified with the demand for satisfying the spiritual needs of the present day men and women which is possible only on the condition of ensuring the equal rights for both spouses. Considering the spiritual needs of contemporary citizens and Augustineââ¬â¢s definition of family as a spiritual union of two partners, monogamy should remain the only acceptable marriage pattern. University dropout Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1250 words
University dropout - Essay Example n England had low level of dropout rates (Dearing, 1997; NAO, 2007), the recent data shows that there has been considerable increase in the university dropout rates with only 78.1% of students completing their degree. (Vignoles and Powdthavee, 2008) There are numerous studies contributing towards the cause of dropout while exploring the several aspects of the problems like intellectual, emotional, motivational, interpersonal and attitudinal characteristics. R.E. Pandey (1973) states that though there are several studies on the issue, continued research would enable us to serve at least four important purposes like giving additional reliability to the dominant factors found to the cause of dropout across geographical and social conditions, improve the effectiveness of psychological measurements, compare the findings between the old and new studies and provide up to date information to the educators and counsellors so that they can formulate strategy for the retention and withdrawal of students. A ââ¬Ëdropoutââ¬â¢ is an individual who does not complete or is not able to complete his or her education due to geographical, socio economic and political factors. The present paper attempts to understand the causes for the dropouts in universities by analysing the data gathered from London Metropolitan University. According to Higher Education Statistics Agency increasing number of students will dropout from the universities as more people go into higher education from the so-called non traditional backgrounds, who may be first time university goers, donââ¬â¢t have the experience of relatives and wider social networks to draw on. As per the data revealed from the Higher Education Statistics Agency, 7.4% students left after a year in 2007 as against 7.1% in 2006 which shows that there has been considerable increase in the university dropout rates. According to Gardner, (2007), there are at least 10,000 students who drop out of their degree courses because they feel

The paper will use the models of O'Reilley et al as well as Cable and Judge. This will attempt to examine the linkages between the corporate view and the individual expectations of the company. Organizational Culture Profile Models O'Reilly et al identify that there are three core themes of organizational behavior (487). First of all, research into organizational behavior has renewed focus on person-situation constraints. In other words, organizational behavior is based on the relationship between the people of the organization and what they organizational rules, regulations and culture permit them to do or not to do at different points in time. The second emphasis is on the quantitative assessment of organizational culture. This implies that the organization uses a collective approach to identify the extent to which different features exist within an organization. This is done through the attribution of values or figures to various compone nts of organizations to ascertain the important structures that define and shape up an organization. Finally, there is the use of statistical methods to aggregate and provide definitive cultural features within organizations. In their journal, O'Reilly et al identified through longitudinal data, the components of organizational culture (487). This provided the dimensions within which different organizational cultures could be defined and predicted. This model is known as the Organizational Culture Profile (OCP). The OCP provides the fit of organizations and predicts organizational commitment and job satisfaction that exists within the organization. This paper will apply the OCP to Imperator and attempt to define the organizational culture and system. Cable and Judge on the other hand, defined the relationship between individual persons and the organizational culture or system (548). In their analysis, they identified that the person-organizational fit is important. And individuals a pply to organizations based on their personal qualities. These applicants are selected based on their unique personality and how well that personality fits into the organization (Cable and Judge 551). This paper will also use the P-O model of Imperator to define my
